Walk-Jogging

For the first time in 103 days, I went on a little walk-jog outside today.

Six minutes of walking, five minutes of jogging, five minutes of walking, five minutes of jogging. 1.31 miles total, with a max pace of 11:26 per mile.

It was glorious and pathetic at the same time.

It's not really painful, but it does feel super awkward. I think there's some nerve damage in the shin and then the muscles in my right leg are all just weak, atrophied, and not used to doing any work.

It felt great to get back out there.
